Andres is an experienced investment banker and is the founding partner of IK Banca de Inversion. Before iK Andrés worked with Grupo Mundial, the investment bank unit of Bancolombia and with Promotora de Proyectos. He has led transactions in Colombia and Latin America in the industrial, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, retail, energy, agroindustrial, telco and other sectors. Solid knowledge and experience in planning, structure and execution of M&A deals, project finance and funding for corporations through the financial sector or new investors.
